I actually tested it out and the heavy brake did not brake and faster the the normal 1 it just allowed for the speed to go under on the speedometer. U dont know shit son google it. This means it has the same effect as the hover control when in the F, but it has the added bonus of functioning as heavy brake in all other fxa.

I kind of like the way BF3 looks at ultra graphics.
